EDIT: My friend has written an article for you guys to show you in-depth information on COVID, and some helpful tips on how to prepare yourself for the worst. Click here to view the article.

If you have been living under a rock for the past few months, then you probably don't know what is going on. The COVID-19 (aka Coronavirus) diasese is going on, and it has hit the world hard. Many people have already tested postitive, including famous celebrities Tom Hanks and Prince Charles. Some other celebrities have tested negative, with the grateful couples including Heidi Klum, Donald Trump and Mike Pence.

COVID-19 has been spreading very badly around the world, and so far, 410,000+ cases have been confirmed by the World Health Orginzation. In addition to that, there has been a reported 18,000+ death tolls worldwide, with about 4.46% of reported cases resulting in death. Close to 200 countries have been affected, making this a global situation. The Center for Diaesse Control also recently reported that COVID-19 is a novel virus, making it a panademic.

Since Oregon governor Kate Brown has ordered a "Stay at home, save lives" program, along with other states doing the same, this website will more than likely be updated more frequently as I am now working from home. At the most, I will be posting two articles on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, one article on Tuesday, and three articles on Saturday and Sunday. So, expect to see a lot of stuff for a little while. However, I can't promise this, as I'm also planing to work on a e-book which will be published on here when finished, plus, I have work in Salem on Thursdays, so there you have it.

But what I can tell you is that I can give you six tips on how to keep yourself safe and stay away from the Coronavirus.

1. Stay at home. - As most states are enforcing a stay at home program, it's more than likely that a curfew might be enforced too, so make sure to stay home, and if you have to work desperately, you can work from your home office.

2. Wash your hands. - Always wash your hands with soap and water. Perferably dish soap. Dish soap kills many of the germs out there, and ensures you have very clean hands. I would recomend washing every twenty minutes. About three times every hour. But if you touch your face, mouth or hair (or anywhere on your body, IMO) make sure to wash your hands afterwards. Your body has germs around you, and getting them all over your hands and not washing would result in spreading your germs around people.

3. Communicate with your friends online, not in person. - When you communicate with your friends via apps such as Skype, FB Messenger, Snapchat, Facetime, etc., you don't spread germs across each other, but still talk and have fun each other.

4. Buy stuff online, not in stores. - Although this is something I can't do (which really upsets me), I would recomend those heavy shoppers to only shop online through e-commerece sites like Amazon and Walmart.com. This allows you to stay at home, and order stuff without the lines, plus you don't get or spread germs on shopping carts and items you're wanting to buy, or were thinking about it, and then changed your mind.

5. Stay healthy, and drink plenty of fluids. - I'd perfer you drinking water, or adding some flavor to it (i.e., Crystal Light or Mio) to give it a kick. Don't drink soda, nor buy it, as you could get germs from other people who have had it.

6. Find an alternative form of entertainment at home. - As the stay at home program is now enforced, with a curfew just around the corner, you can still have fun at home by doing alternative forms of entertainment. Such examples include playing board games, listening to music, watching a movie or TV show through popular streaming providers such as Hulu or Netflix, and of course, many more!

It is very possible that there might be a curfew coming up, but I believe some states have already enforced a curfew now as a result of the Coronavirus. If your area has enforced a curfew already, can you please let me know in the comment section below. I'd really like to know what's going on in other parts of the country, and possibly even around the world. Just remember to stay at home, wash your hands, and be safe!
